Ways to work together

Pick the model that fits your business.

ModelHow it worksBest when
Co-deliveryWe run the compliance program; you run IT operations and carry out the technical changes. One coordinated plan for the client. You want to keep the relationship and add a compliance lane.
ReferralYou introduce the client; we contract with them directly and keep you involved in the technical work. You prefer not to resell advisory services.
SubcontractWe deliver under your agreement with the client, with terms set in a partner agreement. You want a single contract with your client.
Ground rules

Clear lanes keep everyone protected.

  • Your clients stay yours. Non-solicitation runs both ways in our partner agreement.
  • Findings go to the client. When we assess an environment you manage, the client receives the results directly, including findings about managed systems. That independence is what makes the assessment credible.
  • Testing needs the owner's signature. We test only with written authorization from the client who owns the systems, under agreed rules of engagement.
  • Defined responsibilities. A written split of who does what, so nothing falls between us.
